  • Appointments rescheduled within less than 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.

  • Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

9. Late Arrivals

Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled. In case of cancellation due to late arrival, no refund will be issued.

If a patient experiences technical difficulties (e.g., poor internet connection), they should notify us immediately. If the consultation is disrupted due to clinic-side technical issues, we will offer a reschedule at no extra charge.
