Refunds Policy
- Patient-Initiated Cancellations
- More than 24 hours' notice: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: No refund will be issued. A rescheduling fee may apply.
- No-shows: No refund or rescheduling options will be provided.
- Clinic-Initiated Cancellations
- If Solum Clinic needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will provide the option for:
A full refund, or
A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
- No Show Policy
- Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
- Repeat no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
