Refunds Policy

  1. Patient-Initiated Cancellations
    1. More than 24 hours' notice: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
    2. Less than 24 hours' notice: No refund will be issued. A rescheduling fee may apply.
    3. No-shows: No refund or rescheduling options will be provided.
  2. Clinic-Initiated Cancellations
    1. If Solum Clinic needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will provide the option for:
      A full refund, or
      A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
  3. No Show Policy
    1. Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
    2. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
    3. Repeat no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
